Most of our opinions and perspectives on the world are shaped by the setting in which we were raised and the environment in which we now live. Your social media feed and the stuff you read every day have a huge impact on your life.
The foundation of our lives is built on what we believe and that others embrace with open arms. Changing our paradigms in life may sometimes transform our lives and the way we live and experience the world.
A paradigm shift is a radical change in how you understand or perceive something. A paradigm shift occurs when an established way of thinking or doing something is replaced with something new and widely adopted. In our modern society, paradigm changes have happened and will continue to happen. In astronomy, social sciences, economic policy, worldviews, business models, and other fields, paradigm changes have occurred. One such example is that the Earth rotates around the sun rather than the other way around. This shifted our understanding of astronomy and our place in the cosmos. Now, imagine if we applied the idea of a paradigm shift to our habits, more specifically to our bad habits. 

The setting in which we were raised and the environment in which we presently live shape the majority of our opinions and perspectives on the world. Changing our life paradigms may sometimes transform our lives, as well as how we live and experience the world. Manifesting is becoming increasingly popular nowadays as a big number of people have moved away from the belief that things happen to them and toward the belief that we have the ability to create the life we want. Gratitude. The emphasis on appreciation may transform your life and the way you perceive it. Living a life in which you appreciate and embrace what you have will alter your priorities, beliefs, and life. 

Your behavior in life will be influenced by how you perceive things. Adopting a thankfulness habit will assist you in changing your thinking and causing a paradigm shift in your life.
